An Ever-Growing Story
The Dover Ridge neighborhood consists of 123 homes. The first home was built in 1997 and final completion of the neighborhood was in 2003.
The community has a playground, blacktop games and a soccer field.
Dover Ridge is close to schools and shopping. It's also a short distance from the Eno River and Little River Park, where you can enjoy hiking, biking, fishing, kayaking and swimming. Downtown is also only 15 minutes away!
We're a friendly neighborhood, enjoying and supporting each other on the journey called life!
Your Participation Counts
Every year we invite all neighbors to join a variety of fun-filled community events ranging from our annual Easter Egg Hunt to a 4th of July parade and ice cream social.
Open to all residents, the Dover Ridge HOA believes the more diverse the population the better. As more voices are heard, more questions get asked and more people become involved... and the more things get done. Whether planning a community event, an activity for youth, or a neighborhood cleanup, we have and will always encourage neighbors to participate and use their unique talent and skills.
